| 1 | Supplying of stones 10 to 300 kg from any approved quarry like Thattaparai, Seethakulam etc., conveying by road in dumpers/tippers including charges for production cost ofstone, such as earth works, removal of over burden, breaking of stones, cost of explosives, seiginorage fee, royalty etc., labour for loading, unloading, weighing in the Departmental weight bridge, dumping, spreading and sectioning to the required level, alignment and slope without causing any damage including engaging of divers with diving equipments required to form the rubble bund as per approved specification, conditions of contract and drawings and as directed by the departmental officers. | 2 | Supplying and placing \"Armour Stone\" of size 1 to 1.20 Tonne from any licensed quarry like Thattaparai, Srivaikundam, etc., including loading the stone to Tipper / Trailer / Taarrus by using suitable crane, conveying by road to Department approved weigh bridge for weighment and conveying to site, lifting and placing in position of stone in the bund by using crane as shown in the drawing, labour charges for sectioning including divers, seiginorage charges for quarrying, charges for lorries and crane etc, Complete and as directed by the departmental officers |
| 3 | Casting the Pre-cast concrete weighing of 5T Tetrapods for Armour layer in plain cement concrete mix M35 grade as per the approved drawing and as directed by the EIC, The cost inclusive of casting, shuttering, mixing, laying, consolidating, curing at casting yard (within 6Km), steel hook, slings, shackles, all men and required machineries to form the Armour layer for the Breakwater,Round Head section etc, to complete as directed by departmental officers. |
| 4 | Handling, transporting the Pre-cast of 5T Tetrapods for Armour layer from the casting yard (within 6Km) to worksite to form the Armour layer for the Breakwater,Round Head section. The cost including all labours, slings, shackles, and required men& machineries etc, to complete as directed by departmental officers. |
| 5 | Casting the Pre-cast of 6T Tetrapods for Armour layer in concrete mix M35 grade as per the approved drawing and as directed by the EIC,including cost of steel hook, shuttering ,mixing, laying, consolidating, curing at casting yard (within 6Km) to form the Armour layer for the Round Head section. The cost including all labours,slings,shackles,and required machineries for placing the tetrapod at the required locationsetc, to complete as directed by departmental officers. |

| 7 | Conveying and placing of concrete blocks of available size removed from the existing EBW/PIER HEAD and stacked within a lead of 5Km including loading the stone to Tipper / Trailer /Tarrus by using suitable crane and conveying by road to work site. The concrete block may be lifted from the unloaded area and placing in position with straight alignment to form the Sea wall by using required crane equipement .The cost inclusive of labour charges for sectioning,divers, charges for macheniers ,driver bata,fuel, etc to Complete and as directed by the departmental officers. |
