| 3 | S&F factory made PVC Cupboard frame of the size 75mm x 40mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm thick plain/prelam PVC sheet of density 600 kg/cbm, having bottom width of 50mm and thickness of 10mm. All four frame lengths reinforced with 15 mm x 15mm M. S. square tubes of 19 gauge thickness throughout the frame and mitre cut at two corners adjointed with 2 nos. of 15mm long brackets of 10mm x10mm M S square tubes. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 8/100 long M S screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 4 nos. of screws to be provided for each vertical member and minimum of 2nos. of screws to be provided horizontal member etc. complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge, manufacturer\"s specification and drawing. |
| 4 | S&F factory made PVC cupboard flush type shutter of 30mm thick consisting of frame made out M S tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size 19mm x 19mm for stiles and rails. The inside panel shall consist of 20 mm thick multichamber hollow PVC section of 1mm wall thickness, bonded using solvent cement/ cynoacrylate adhesive with 5mm thick plain/ prelam PVC sheet, on both side of inside panel incliding necessary items to fix the shuter to frame such as 100mm stailess steel hinges, 100 mm long handles made of anodised aluminium and magnetic ball catch for each pair of shutter.All four edges of the panel to be sealed with lipping of 10mm thick and 20mm wide PVC sheet baton (made by sticking 2nos. PVC foam sheet of 5mm thickness using PVC solvent cement adhesive).complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. |
