Contractor to insert his rate percentage by option for below or above the rates contained in MES SSR-2020 (Part-II) Rates. If net Schedule Rates are offered AT PAR with MES Schedule, \"O\" (Zero) should be inserted in percentage box. The Less / Excess percentage inserted by the contractor shall be deemed to be firm irrespective of calculations / amount generated elsewhere in this BOQ template. The Contractor shall be allowed to insert the percentage only upto two decimal places. NOTE :- Irrespective of amount generated in BOQ template the net contract sum shall be as shown in Appendix \"A\" to Notice of e-Tender.(Bidders have to quote their rate percentage after well reading the Note-1 to 7 on annexure-I of Tender Page No 15 to 16)
