| 10 | Bituminouspremix asphalticdense concrete (DAC) 150mm consolidated thickness, laid in three layer (50mm each)using combined graded aggregate i.e. crushed stone coarse aggregate, fine aggregate (sand) & filler (inherent filler/OPC 43 grade) of physical properties as specified (refer SSR Part-I of 2009), pre-heated, mixed with 6 % binder content by weight of total mix using VG-30 bitumen, laid with mechanical paver, rolled & compacted to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller, complete all as specified.NOTES :-(i)Thickness of dense asphaltic concrete and quantities of materials as mentioned in particular specifications/SSR are the minimum. The quoted rate shall also be deemed to include for provision of more materials in comparison to those mentioned/specified in the item, if required, to achieve the required level, gradient, camber and shape all as directed by the GE.(ii)Any addition/deduction in the actual binder content used shall be priced @ Rs.75.30/kg. |

| 13 | NOTES APPLICABLE FOR SERIAL ITEM No. 8 & 9 HERE- IN BEFORE:-i)Contractor (himself or through accredit agent) shall visit the site alongwith necessary machinary & manpower indicated in serial item 3 to 9 above well in advance daily to get directions from Engineer-in-Charge to carrying out work as per time schedule.ii)Toaccounting the period for payment a Log book shall be maintained at site indicating working hourswith location, date & time and shall be signed by contractor, concerned JE and Engineer-in-Charge. Log Book complete in all respects shall be produced before GE while claiming every RAR/Final Bill. (iii) Rate included of the price of Diesel/Petrol/servicing. No claim what so ever shall be entertained on this account. |
