| 2 | Quoted rates shall deem to include for the following provisions :-(1)The SMART PERIODICAL PORTION of the work shall be carried out through an authorised applicator of paint manufacturer after concluding an MOU with the manufacturer for Company back guarantee for MINIMUM 05 YEARS. (2) MOU shall be submitted to GE by contractor along with Perfomance Security before issue of Work Order. In case of failure to do so, the contract will be cancelled and the contractor will be liable for penalties as stipulated in the tender documents.(3)Contractor shall procure the paint, distemper & primer directly from manufacturer and submit purchase voucher accordingly. Procurement from dealers is not acceptable under the subject contract.(4) Painting shall be carried out in a camouflage pattern as per the new Sigma pattern generated by the AF station, with RGB values varying from 110 to 171, using 4 to 5 color shades in any proportion required to achieve the desired pattern and shades. The contractor\"s quoted rate shall be deemed to include all aspects mentioned herein, and no additional claim shall be entertained during the currency of the work. contd........ |
| 3 | (5)Paint, Distemper and primer shall be supplied in sealed containers and shall be kept in MES Store under custody of concerned JE (Civil). The contractor\"s supervisor shall be responsible for daily collection of container from the concerned JE (Civil). (6)All T&P, transportation, scaffolding, ladders, ropes, trestles, cradles etc shall be provided by the contractor under his own arrangements.(7)The contractor shall provide all necessary safety gear and ensure all safety precautions during the currency of work at any height up to 25 m, and the Department shall bear no liability in case of any accident due to negligence of the contractor.(8)Removing of nails, making good holes, cracks etc with suitable putty, crack filler etc.(9)Work in patches and in narrow width, bands cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line wherever necessary.(10)Providing, Spreading and removing protective covering to doors, windows, fittings, furnitures, appliances etc to protect them from splashes.(11)Washing floors, cleaning glass panes, joinery, electric fittings, wirings etc. Drops & splashes of primer, paint, distemper & putty to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. |

| 5 | Taking down Cement Plaster including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water and removing Debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | M&L for Rendering 5.0mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on Concrete Surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | M&L for 15 mm thick plastering in two layers, 10 mm + 5 mm in cement mortar 1:4, top layer of 5 mm thickness mixed with with water proofing compound(as per manufacturer\"s instructions) on external surfaces ofbrick/stone walls or concrete surfaces finished even and fair upto 4 storey height including necessary scaffloding complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately as \"Supply only\". |

| 9 | M&L for Rough Cast Plaster on Brick Walls consisting Under Coat of Cement and Sand Mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in Plastic state the Rough Cast Mixture consisting of Crushed Stone or Fine Gravel mixed with Coarse Sand and Cement in the Ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish Even, complete all as specified and directed. |
