| 1 | S&F in repair road safety convex mirror made up of polycarbonate reflective with hood for road turning, intersection, curves, ‘T’ junction, etc, unbreakable & strong, mounted on and body made of ABS / Fiber / Plastic of size 100 cm dia fixed over & including 80 mm bore MS pipe of 2.1 Metre length duly powder coated, fixed with adjustable clamp, pole fixed in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block of size 450x450x450mm deep including necessary, excavation & earthwork, complete all as specified and as directed.Notes : (i) Amild steel base plate of size 250mm x 250mm x 3mmshall be welded at bottom of pole. (ii) All steel & iron surfaces other than powder coated shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer. |
| 2 | S&F in replacement Speed bumps of size 500mmx375mmx50mm made of sturdy plastic (ABS) high resistance to severe impact and harsh weather conditions with dovetail interlocking type sub units made to bind prefectly into one firm bump having pre-coloured material (black/yellow) and UV stablizers to keep them prepetually colourful studded withwith reflectors on either side fixed on road surface with & including nails / screws / bolts / polymer / epoxy adhesive etc all as per manufacturer’s instructions including filling up hollow portion of bumps with & including PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling and taking out old unserviceable / broken speed bumps of any type complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 3 | Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1including necessary excavation and earth work along with taking down of old u/s delineator complete all as specified & directed. |
| 4 | Supply and fix in repairs two way reflective road studs (Cat eye)of dimensions 100mmx 100mm x 25 mm of impact resistance ABS body withred / yellow / white reflective panels and fixing the same on road surface by applying approximately 50 gm Epoxy mixture and placing the cat eye without applying exessive pressure and additional fixed with 10 mm dia and 75 mm long zinc plated steel nail at the centre of cat eye complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | M&L for Providing and applying 2 mm thick road marking paint (retro-reflective with glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm) of approved shade / colour (confirming to BS 3262:1989) using hot thermoplastic material by fully / semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T & P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications. |
| 6 | Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors,aprons etc laid dry or laid dry and pointed including removal of debries from the premise complete all as spd and directed. |
| 7 | Material & Labour Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cementand pigment laid over and including 20 mm thick sand screed bed complete all as spd and as directed. |
| 8 | Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar including removal of debries from the premise complete all as spd and as directed. |
| 9 | M&L for Rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tile with whitecement and pigment (of approved tint) of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement Mortar 1:6, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry complete. |
