Inspection and Leak Rectification of Vessels in Water Treatment:Opening dummies forinspection of internals internalsof Mixed bed, AE, CE , back wash tankSand filters and DM water tanks .Close the same once theinspection is overand after carrying out necessary repairs with the approval of Shift-in -charge from process department.

Leak rectificaton of vessels in Water treatment plant:Disassemble the internals of vessels in WT plant.After inpection the necessary repairs are to be carried out as per instructions of Site Engineer with the consent of Shift in charge from process department.Collect the required materials from stores.Once the repairs are completed to the satisfaction of process department ,any leaks arising during subsequent leak testing shall be under the contractors scopeand shall be carried out without any additional costand clearance for boxing up shall be issued only after rectifying the leaks which willbe underthe sole discretion of shift in charge from process department.1 no means one vessel.
