| 1 | Supplying and installing ,commissioning and testing complete of manufacturer or OEM (Original equipment manufacturer) manufactured and tested static diesel Engine driven Generating set ,radiator cooled,with AMF panel capable of delivering 58.5 KVAor nearest higher rating 415 volts AC 3 phase 4 wire system of supply frequency 50 Hz .The DG set shall consist of diesel engine coupled through flexible copling to matching alternator and mounted on foundation pads on common base frame in the CPCB approved acoustic enclosure(the complete set cinfirming to and test certificate as per CPCB IV+ norms and as specified) with AMF control panel standardised by manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed and comprising with the following :-Note:- Note: Rate for Plinth of DG set shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate.Engine (Prime mover) : Diesel Engine 1500 RPM of suitable HP as recommended by manufacturer but not less than 74 BHP (at rated RPM), water cooled, 4 cylinder, inline, 4 stroke, confirming to ISO 3046/BS 5514 with turbo charged air cooled, 1x88 AH 12 Volts batteries start, mechanical FIP, Electronic Governor, pulse turned exhaust manifold , stainless steel exhaust flexible connection complete with flywheel and all standard fittings/fixture as per manufacturing practice including suitable engine control panel with tachometer lub oil temp and pressure gauge, water temp starter, dynamo, fuel tank, fuel and lube oil filter, Dry type replaceable paper element air cleaner etc.Alternator : AC alternator, Self excited, self-regulated, self-ventilated, brushless design, confirming to BS 2613/5000, 3 phase, 415 volts, 4 wire rated line current min 81.3 Amps output at PF 0.8, 1500 RPM, insulation class \"H\" enclosure IP 23 complete with AVR with -+ 1% voltage regulation, directly coupled to and matched with engine.Anti Vibration pad for mounting engine alternator assembly on the base frame/plate.Base frame/plate made out of structural steel as per manufacturer\"s recommended design/specifications. | 6 | Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming excavated soilin layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays , struts have been erected and tested , all as specified and directed at site. |
| 7 | Removal of excavated surplus material to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr away in layer n. exc. 25cm from the starting point all as direcet by Engr-in-Charge. |
