NOTE:a) The above task shall be caried out by deployinga team, comprising 03 safaiwalas , 01 masson and 01 pipe fitter, for Offrs Md Accn , Messes/MES IBs / Command Huts / Central ammonites at Mall road, Polo road, Parade road,CPG,HQDA, Mandir marg, Tigris road, Church road,and other minor units. b) Where there is requirement of work involving scaffoldings and jhula, Contractor shall deploy the additional skilled team of workers expert in working on jhullas in high rise bldgs. c) If contractor fails to attend/clean a given complaint (received on any working days till 6 PM) on the same day, is liable to be charged damage Rs 500/- per day per complaint. Recovery for same will be deducted from his payment. d)One mechanical pump diesel/petrol for dewatering sludge water, safety belt, ladder, gloves gasmask, bucket to remove sludge, mechnical device required to reach work at difficult locations upto 9 stories shall be made available all time at site. |
