Cost of admixtures such as plasticizer etc included in the quoted rate.(iv) Tenderer are advised to visit the work site by taking prior appointment with GE before quoting the bid. The tenderer shall have no claim whatsover on this account at later stage whether he has actually inspected the work site or not (v) Site photography of existing site is enclosed with the tender documents for reference only.(vi) The length of drain is 1.65 Km (Approx) and all material & manpower shall be mobilized through the existing drain. Contractor shall the plan the work accordingly.(vii) Work shall be carried out as per drawing and items shall be measured & pai as per quoted rate against the item in BOQ. |
