| 21 | S&F 75mm bore PVC (SWR) as in weep holes of retaiing walls etc, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 22 | M&L for boulder filling dry, hand packed tightly, as in wire crate apron bunds (wire crate measured separately), complete all as specified and directed. |
| 23 | Notes :-(a) The subject work has been issued under Para 35 of DWP 2020, hence no extension of time for delay in completion of work shall be granted. The contractor\"s claims whatsoever shall not be entertained on this account.(b) The Work Order shall be placed immediately after acceptance of lowest tender and contractor shall have to submit Performance Security of appropriate value as per contract condition within 28 days of the date of the letter of Acceptance. If contractor fails to submit the same or fails to commence the work, requisite amount shall be recovered from the first RAR/ Final bill or contractor\"s dues besides other remedies available to the Govt under the terms of the contract. |
