199	Dismantling Sewage submersible pumping set of cap 5 HP 3 Phase from site after disconnecting of electric connection and delivery line, taking out to work shop, opening of motor, taking out old worn-out / burnt-out winding complete, and rewinding with supper enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge re-fixing the same at site including. Electric and piping connections complete, checking for satisfactory working, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Cost of dismantling and re-fixing deemed to be included in quoted rate)
200	Taking down air blower of Air blowers with working pressure 0.3 Kg/cm2 along with motor of capacity 5 HP with blower pipe of size 3\", from the existing position after disconnecting all electrical connection and transportation to workshop for repair for un-serviceable parts complete and removing the defective parts, repair the air blower thoroughly including machine work and re-assembling the air blower and commissioning testing complete on full load, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(new spares will be measured and paid separately).
201	Material & Labour for taking out & servicing of existing unserviceable Air Blower (of any Make) of capacity 5.00 HP pressure 0.3 Kg/cm2with taking out of electric cable complete and reconnecting the electric and mechanical connection at existing location after carrying out following repairs all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.Note- (i) Spare part required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items (ii) Replacement of Oil seal, locking arrangement of pully, gland packing with oil and greasing shall be deemed to be including in the quoted rate of this item.
202	Supply & fixing in replacement of \"V\" Belt (SPA 1250) unserviceable /worm-out \"V\" belt of air blower etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Makes:-Fenner/Dunlop/Nerlon/Super flix/Ecodrive.
203	Material & Labour in replacement of Gear oil 90 EP, Pressure Gear Oil etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
204	Supply & fixing in replacement air-filter for blower suitable size for existing air-filter etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
205	Supply only Grease 30K, for using ensure protection of metal surfaces extending bearings, Hinges etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
206	Material & Labour for finding out defect of STPs panel and taking out burnt interconnection wiring including U/S and serviceable component for re-use including rewiring of panel using existing size of copper cable, ferrule, lugs, insulating materials, nut bolts washer of various sizes re-fixing serviceable items, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
