| 60 | Note: The work under subject BoQ (item No. 1 to 59) is meant for maint and repair of DG Set in AF Stn Halwara under GE (AF) Halwara. The work shall be executed on ground on required basis but being remote station and extreme wheather condition contractor must stand by all the material and Engineer to rectify the breakdown of DG Set. Contractor shall deploy sufficient resources to keep smooth working of DG Set in the AF station. In addition any breakdown shall be communicated to contractor or his representative by concerned Engineer-in-charge/JE E/M through phone call, text message, complaint slip and or in writing through site order book or through other means. Non complying of attending breakdown by contractor within 48 hours after notify the complaint, recovery @ Rs 1000/- per day shall be recovered from contractor\"s payment for each breakdown so notified. |
| 61 | M&L for checking of earth values of each earth pit on monthly basis/on periodcity / on demand / on any anomaly observed of any type of earth pit by deploying skilled and trained personnel with calibrated testing equipments and T&P required for the same and recording the actual earthing test results achieved at site, watering with adequate quantity of water to earth pits from nearest available water point to achieve better results, complete all as specified and directed.Note : Quartely / half yearly / yearly calibration report of the testing equipment shall be submitted by the contractor.
