The work shall be executed on ground on required basis but being remote station and extreme wheather condition contractor must stand by all the material and Engineer to rectify the breakdown of DG Set. Contractor shall deploy sufficient resources to keep smooth working of DG Set in the AF station. In addition any breakdown shall be communicated to contractor or his representative by concerned Engineer-in-charge/JE E/M through phone call, text message, complaint slip and or in writing through site order book or through other means. Non complying of attending breakdown by contractor within 48 hours after notify the complaint, recovery @ Rs 1000/- per day shall be recovered from contractor\"s payment for each breakdown so notified. |

| 72 | M&L in repair earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick, burried directly in ground in vertical position, earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below ground level. The earth plate to be connetced with copper earthing strip of size 20 mmx 3mm thick by means of brazing between copper strip and earth plate min 45 cm in vertical length and copper strip also to be joined by brazing only. Earthing shall also include concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded stone aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary form work, earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 ofMES Schedule Part-I , complete all as specified and directed. |
