Top of legs shall be joined together on long and short sides with 25 mm CRCAsquare tube of 1.6 mm thick. Hard rubber shoes of premium quality shall be provided to the bottom of legs.(c) Irrespective of what is shown on the drawing, the top of table shall be made out of 25 mm thick pre-laminatedHDHMR boardBSL with2mm PVC edge binding of approved make duly pasted mechanically .(d) Drawer shall be provided below the top frame at right hand side as shown on drawing duly fixed with soft close channel. | 3 | Table Dining 6 persFD/MAP-II/03 having specifications as under :-All wood work shall be first class HW well-seasoned teakwood with permissible moisture contents as per IS-287-1973. Top shall be made of 16 mm thick plain HDHMR board with 1 mm thick laminate both side in colour/shade as approved by EIC/GE with 2 mm thick PVC edging fixed around with strong bonded chemical adhesive through hot pressed machine complete. Hard nylon shoe / buffers shall be provided to each leg. Irrespective of what is shown on drawing the top shall be fixed on top of table.Irrespective of what is shown on drawing short shall be made with same thickness as long rails . All exposed wooden surfaces shall be high glossy PU polish with spray machine. Polish work shall be done at BSO yard. Rest all as per drawing or as directed by EIC. |

Seat shall be made of 75 mm thick PU foam 32 Density And back shall be made of 50 mm thick PU foam 32 Density with tapestry as approved by EIC. PVC rings shall be screwed to each leg. All wooden portion shall be smoothened to apply best quality PU polish glossy finish with spray machine according to trade pattern furniture. Polish work shall be done at BSO Yard. Standard quality Cam lock connector/dowels fastening /universal angle/PVC corner shall be used in fabrication of body/structure of item.PVC edging 2 mm thick shall be used to exposed surfaces parts except sides of drawer and 0.8 mm thick PVC edging shall be provided on inner sides of drawer with edge bander machine as directed by Engr-in-Charge. All exposed wooden surfaces shall be high glossy melamine polish. 5 mm thick mirror shall be used. Fixing of table dressing shall be done by the contractor. The body, legs & shelves shall be made of 1mm thick CRCA sheet. Welding process shall be of MIG or MAG. Locking arrangements shall be provided with duplicate keys.Irrespective of what is shown on drawing Steel cabinet lock Cum Handle with rod shall be provided in shutters. 04 No’s adjustable shoe shall be provided. All steel surfaces external/internal shall be powder coated of approved shade preparation of steel surfaces. Contrast colour shall be used for painting and colour shall be approved by GE/EIC. All joints (gaps) shall be filled with metal putty/primer before powder coating. Rest all as per drawing or as directed by EIC. |
| 11 | Bed plytop for JCOFD/E6/MAP/08® havingspecifications as under:-The complete frame work shall be made of CRCA box section with 18 gauge thick as per IS-4923. Bed top shall be 12mm thick BWR grade plywood and shall be fitted with shrunken nuts/bolts and washer as directed by EIC. irrespective of what is shown on drawingg complete foot board / head board shall be covered with 18mm thick pre-laminated HDHMR board exterior grade BSD with0.8 mm thick PVC edging with edge bander machine, colour ofboard shall be approved by GE/EIC. Irrespective of what is shown on drawingMS strip shall be welded to support the /fixed the board and all 18 mm thick Square pipe in Head rest /foot rest shall not be provided . Rest all as directed by EIC. Head rest and foot rest shall be detachable. All metal work shall be powder coated; colour shall be approved by GE/EIC. All joints / gaps shall be filled with metal putty / primer before powder coating. Welding process shall be of MIG or MAG and complete.Inner hard rubber shoe shall be provided to each leg. | 12 | Table Dining ORs steelFD-165(M) having specifications as under:- Overall size of frame shall be 1600mmx750mmx760mm. Frame shall be made of SS 304 grade pipe. Legs/ bottom side stiffener shall be made of 50 mm Square pipe SS 304 grade 1.6 mm thick.2x centre stiffener of size 50mmx25mm Rectangular SS 304 pipe with 1.6 mm thick shall be provided on bottom side stiffener and top frame shall be made of 50mmx25 mm rectangular SS-304 pipe with 3xstiffner provided on top as shown on drawing or directed by EIC. Note - Extension of Top frame /stiffener shall be provided up to and below the top rest all as directed by EIC. Top shall be made of 1.6 mm thick SS sheet 304 grade with skirting 75 mm and further folding up to 20 mm. Overall size of top shall be 1900mmx900mm. Standard quality PVC shall be provided each legs. All SS surface shall be duly buffed, rest all as directed/approved by EIC. |
