| 3 | M&L 75 mm thick or less consolidated thickness Premixed Bituminous macadam of grade VG-30 penetration andusing 12 to 25 mm graded crushed preheated stone aggregate, laid with the help of mechanical paver and rolled compacted to required gradient and camber with VIBRATORY ROLLER COMPACTOR of 8-12 tonne using 4% binders by weight to mix to make good depression/ pot holes complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- (a) The job design formula shall be got down from The mix design tests shall be carried out only in SEMT wing/Govt approved lab/National test House/Engineering College as approved by the GE before commencement of work.(b) As a result of job mix formula, if quantity of binder content works out to be more than 4% than no extra payment shall be made to the contractor and in case its quantity works out be less than 4% than minimum binder content of 4% givne herein above shall be provided. (c) The Job design shall be got down from approved lab and shall be approved by GE before commencement of work. |
