| 1 | AMC from OEM/ authorised service provider for routinemaintenance and check up of the PAC unit installed at NCN Data centre includinginspection of all units and carry out preventive maintenance with relevant PM checklist , complete checking ofthe refrigeration system ,fan motor, control cards, Humidity bottle, dehumidify fire, actuator valves, temperature and humidity sensor, and other respective parts to ensuring the healthy condition of the all units, Checking the functioning of all accessories, cleaning of the indoor filter’s microprocessors PCB card, checking the suction and discharge pressure of each unit, checking of all respective sensors and external cleaning with suitable solution. The tenderer shall be attend the all breakdown complaints whenever required at any timeand made serviceable with in 48hrs time for above mentionedall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Make- Blue box/ Swegon, Model: DATATEC VEDA10-1 CH-Qty-3 No\"s and total Capacity 6 X 3- 18 TR. |
| 2 | PreventiveMaintenace scope of work:-(i) To visit & check the operating parameters of the PAC every monthmonth as perschedules.(ii) To review the previous months operating log records and alarm history. (iii) To inspect the unit for any unusual vibration, noise etc.(iv) To check for a sign of refrigerant leakage and rectifying the same. (v) To check the operation of thevalves.(vi) To check the proper functioning of microprocessor and take control test.(vii) All the breakdowns including the compressor failure, if any shall be attended and rectified. (viii) Rewinding/ replacing the the compressorif required.(ix) Repairing of the leakages including charging of gas.(x) To attend to all the complaints as and when called for. (xi) To provide any spare covered under the scope ofPAC. (xii) Replacement/repair of all spares covered under the scope ofPACincluded in the rate quoted by Contractor |
| 3 | AMC from OEM/authorised service provider for maintenance and routine check up of the fire detection systeminstalled at NCN Data Centre including inspection of complete panel and carry out preventive maintenance with relevant PM checklist, checking and filling of nitrogen pressurised HFC227ea extinguishing cylinder and its pipe line, checking the all control wiring, fire panel, Smoke & heat detector, relay module, VESDA and power supply etc as per installed in data centre area. Attending to all breakdown complaints whenever required. Note(i): Replacement/repair ofall spares covered under the scope of fire detection system included in the above quoted rate by Contractor. | 4 | Note (ii):-(a) For item No 1 & 3aboveMechanics have to attend complaints,faults, routine cleaning, Dry servicing of plant and filters and register shall be maintained . Any number of manpower required for carrying out the routine maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (b) The contractor shall ensure to produce AMC documents within one week of acceptance of contract and arrange visit ofOEM/ authorised service provider\"sEngineer in every month and report/ serviceability of Out door units and same shall be submitted to this Office. The charges for all OEM procedures are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. The reports of OEM Engineer shall be produced before submitting RARs.(c) AC mechanic must be experienced in VRF/VRV Plants andcapable for carrying out any type of maintenance or attending breakdown in above mentioned plants.(d) Incase of any breakdown the additional man power if required will be arranged by the contractor without any extra expenditure to the Govt.(e) The cost of repair/replacement of all parts covered under the scope of above equipmentsshall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. |
