Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of retrofit emission control devices (RECD) for 250 KVA DG Set for reducing emission as per CPCB guidelines including fixing frame with material and connected accessories for installation of RECD at DG Set Canopy to be installed at Third Stage Pump house (Make- Cotton Greaves) Complete all as specified and as directed.Technical Specifications :- Type of Emission device (Working principle of the PM reduction active element) : Electrostatic Percipition (ESP)Polllutant captured : PM 2.5Particulate Matter Capturing efficieny : At least 70% Back Pressure on engine: No Back pressure (Should be less than 100 mmwc) By product: Carbon Particles in dry form By product disposals cope: Should be in vender scopeMaterial of construction (Outer Body) : Mild Steel Powder Coated . Material of construction (Inner Cells) : SS-304.Testing requirements post manufacturing : ISO-8178 5 mode cycle for DG set up to 800 KW as per CPCB guidelines .Testing requirements post installation at site : Emission monitoring from stack will be done from any NABL approved lab. Product Life : 10-15 Years Note :- Insulation on emission devices : Glass wool Including Device installation fabrication work and transporation to site and any civil work, is to be included in the quoted rate by contractor.
