To execute the work as per condition 4(A) of IAFW-2249 and as specified in MES SSR-2009 (Part-I) specifications priced at per SSR-2020 (Part-II) rates subject to quoted percentage by the tenderer the work shall be carried out as per work order (s) placed by Engineer-in-Charge within the period of one year from the date of acceptance of tender.ORAt such other rates as may be fixed under the provision of condition 62 of \"General conditions of contracts (IAFW-2249)\" 1989 print with errata/ amendments as applicableNotes: -[a] Tenderer shall insert percentage rate at F15 Column of this BOQ.[b]Tenderer shall refer and select the option \"Excess (+) or Less (-)\" available at the E15 Column of this BOQ to quote the percentage above/below MES Standard Schedule of Rates. The percentage quoted by tenderer shall be made applicable for acceptance while publishing the acceptance letter.[c] Amount inserted by MES under estimated rate column and the total amount reflected in this page is for rough guidance and for reference only. Similarly the quoted amount worked out (based on percentage quoted by contractor) shall also be treated as rough and for reference only. The acceptance of contractor\"s offer shall be done for quoted percentage rate on MES treated as rough and reference only. The acceptance of contractor\"s offer shall be placed for amout worked out/ priced on the rates contained in MES standard shedule of rates Part-II duly adjusted by percentage quoted by the contractor.[d] Contractor\"s special attention is invited to condition \"4(A) Works to be carried out (Applicable only to term contracts)\" and condition \"56 Termination of contract (Applicable only to term contracts)\" of \"General condition of contracts (IAFW-2249\". The provisions of these conditions of \"General conditions of contracts (IAFW-2249) are to be strictly followed.
