| 1 | M&L for strip opening of unserviceable/burnt ceiling fan any make and any sweep dismantling/taking down from its position for overhauling including cleaning, greasing, oiling and minor repair work replace capacitor, including checking nuts and bolts, clamps, fan regulator, fan rod etc complete all as specified and directed.(Note:1.
