Monthly maintanence of lawns including weeding, cheeling the grass, forking theground,top dressing with sludge or manure, mixing the same with foked soil,wateringand maintaining the lawn for 30 day, till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weedsand fit for mowing and disposal of rubbish, including supplying good eath/river sandif needed,planting grass if needed.The rate inclusive of application of herbicide,fertilizer to the entire area at a rate specified by the manufacturer, Disesase and insectcontrol,surface grooming and restoration, scarifying etc, checking of sprinkler pipes,pumps, filtration & automation equipments etc as directed.
