Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (S.S.) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.75 kg/sqm. (S.S. Grade) using mechanical broom including all taxes complete as per MORT&H specification No. 503

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with Bituminous binder (VG-30) @5.4% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with paver finisher with sensor control to required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. as per MORT & H specification clause no. 507. 507. MORT&H 2024 Rates taken from intergrated SOR dated on 1-11-2024

Providing and laying hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including refletrorising glass beads @ 250 gm/sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per I.R.C. 35- 1997, the finished surface to be leveled, uniform and free from steaks and holes as per MORT&H specification (2001) No. 803 and also including cost of all type of material, labour T&P etc. Required for proper completion of the work.
