If roller is kept idle due to non-availability of material or labour, recovery @ Rs. 2500 per day shall be made from contractor’s bill for idle period.5- Departmental HMP with necessary Road Roller, Tipper and other T&P etc. will be issued free of cost for bituminous work as and where applicable.
