System Operator - 1 No. 26 days work by a System Operator (having graduate degree from recognized university of Government of India and having experience in handling difficult tasks in office) for civil Maintenance Units ( supply of manpower for one day means for this item, by single system operator for 8 hrs a day).

Supply of Mason/Carpenter/Plumber/Welder (Grade-I) - 29 Nos. 26 days job work by competent skilled person for Mason work/ Plumbing work / Carpenter work / Welding work / Fitter work for maintenance of all kinds of buildings / multi storey / single storey etc.( onejob work or one day means for this item is repair / maintenance work to be carried out by relevant single worker for 8 hrs a day i.e. Mason / Carpenter / Plumber/ Welder/ Fitter).

Supply of Painter/Sewer man/ Glazier/ Polisher (Grade-II) - 12 Nos. 26 days job work by competent skilled person for Painter work / Sewer man work / Glazier work / Polisher work that is repairs/ painting/ removing blockage etc. (one job work or one day means for this item is Painter / Sewer man / Glazier / Polisher work to be carried out for 8 hrs a day by one worker).

Supply of Helper / Beldar - 27 Nos. 26 days job work by a person for assisting Carpenter/ Mason/ Plumber / Fitter/ Painter/ Glazier for one day job as Beldar/ Helper/ Coolie as per site requirement. (job work or one day means for this item isto provide assistance to Carpenter/ Mason/ Plumber/ Fitter/ Painter/ Glazier by one Helper/ Beldar / Coolie in repair / maintenance work for 8 hrs a day by one worker.)
