Conducting physical survey of area with GPS/GIS enabled total station survey on 10000 scale showing all permanent/temporary structure, roads, electrical, telephone & HT line, sewerage, water line drainage peripheryroad, manholes, trees, (Name shape and size/spread) water bodies, railway line properties etc. taking reduced levels as per direction and requirement of Engineer-in-charge.a) Controlling of area to be surveyed, showing dimension of outer sided, diagonal, angles, coordinate along with latitude and longitude, coordinates with reference to some permanent structure and the surrounding roads.b) Calculation of area, surveyed-grid wise with at least software.c) Supplying information on ten sets of print and ten sets of soft copy on CD i/c software.d) Satellite images photograph of desired size on hard copy as well as CD.e) Mark the taps litigation land on plan as well as on ground.F) Making of given fixed location of three Reference Points with GPS Coordinates and Grid Lineswith values shown in terms of UTM coordinates for alredy TSM (Total Station Mapped )surveyed land parcel(s) using AutoCAD software(For payment the bounded area will considered)

Scanning, Digitization(using AutoCAD) of village revenue Sajara plan including updating details of telimas based upon the revenue record as provided by the LM Department (Agency to persue the relevent department for the revenue record, if required, revenue record includes Sajara/field book/Masavi etc,) and GEO referencing using UTM coordinates of three fixed Reference Points as ascertained using GPS (Global Positioning System), cost includes submission of one draft copies and three copies of the final maps & submission of soft copy.Preparation of Superimposed Digitized revenue Sajara plan over TSM survey map prepared as stated above and highlighting of variation between the two maps. If any, Cost includes submission of one draft copies and three copies of final copies of the maps.

Note-Work shall be executed on “as and when required” basis as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.The agency shall submit the complete survey report for the assigned area within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of issue of instruction.The agency shall carry out surveys on multiple sites simultaneously, if so directed, and submit all reports within the stipulated 15-day period.The agency shall establish permanent benchmarks at the rate of minimum one (1) benchmark per acre for every survey inside the bounded area.The agency shall submit a minimum of three (3) hard copies (A1 size) and three (3) soft copies of the final survey drawings/reports along with the relevant source files/software data, if applicable.The maximum permissible error in the survey shall not exceed 30 cm (thirty centimeters). Any work exceeding this tolerance shall be rejected
