Manufacturing, Factory Assembly, FAT Testing & Supply of Compact Oil Pressure Unit (OPU) suitable for 80 kg/cm² working pressure, Make: Yuken / Rexroth / KBL / HYDAC, complete with: oil tank, manhole, drain valves, main & standby pumps & motors, NRVs, PRVs, loading/unloading system, main & standby filters, accumulator with PRV, hand pump, pressure gauges & switches, manifold block, servo control valve, DC valves, pressure reducing valves, nozzle & deflector operating valves, BFV operating DC valve, bypass valve, piping, fittings, electrical cabling, hydraulic oil (OEM recommended), control panel/SCADA integration provision, and all accessories as per technical specifications.

Installation, Testing, SCADA/Control System Integration & Commissioning of Compact OPU including calibration, pressure testing, functional testing, and trial run.

Supply & Replacement of Existing Hydraulic Pipelines, supports, cabling, fittings (PMSC/PMSE weldable type), and flexible hose pipes of required diameter as per design & site requirements.

Supply of Mandatory Spares: Main Filter (2 Nos), Return Line Filter (1 No), Pressure Switch (2 Nos), Pressure Relief Valve (1 No), DC Valve (1 No), O-rings & Proportional/Servo Valve seals.
