Construction of 4 Units (Type-II) Teacher Quarter RCC Framed Structure Building (G+1) (ResidentialBuilding) of minimum 336.00 Sqm. (approx) on Turnkey basis single bid system with provision of Internal & External water supply i/c fittings & fixtures, sanitary installations,, Development of site, installation of Water storage Tank, miscellaneous work as required for the work etc complete with architectural & structural drawing, design on the basis of detailed Sub-Soil Investigation and execution is to be strictly as per CPWD specifications 2024 with up to date correction slips and as per direction of the Engineer-in-chrgewhich shall be proof checked by IIT-Guwahati or any reputed Government Engineering College/NIT and finally got approved by the competent authority of the department.
