| 1 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of company assembled with acoustic enclousure (SILENT)diesel driven engine, silent DG set of capacity 500 KVA (400KW) duly certified by agencies/lab designated by CPCB 4+ latest norms for noise and pollution level (compliance with CPCB 4 + Norms or any updated norms) and in cylinder solution to meet latest emission norms CPCB 4+, 3 phase, 4 wire of 415 volts, 50 Hz, with ALTERNATOR, AMF Panel complete, All the Major components the engine alternator, after treatment system, control system and canopy shall bedesigned as per IS / IEC.The exhaust after treatment / the emission limits as per central pollution control board (CPCB) latest regulation / norms (NOx +HC < 0.67, CO < 3.5 ,PM < 0.2 & smoke limit < 0.7 ) remove emissions from the engine exhaust for reducing emissions, first fill up of lube oil and coolant including suitable No and capacity of batteriesalongwigh PCC foundation as per manufacturers instruction , Engine and alternator shall be mounted on a common MS fabricted baseframe with AVM pads. Acoustic Enclousure shall meet Mo EF / CPCB norms of 75 dB@ 1 Mtr at 75% load. complete all as specified.Note :Silent DG Set will be factory assembled of reputed manufacturer.Microprocessor based controller for generator set monitoring, metering and control system with LED display, AMF function, electronic governor. Engine metering : Oil pressure, engine temperature, standing battery voltage, engine running hours, AC Alternator metering : L - L voltage, and L - N voltage, current, KVA, frequency, kwh, PF etc.Engine Protection : - Low lube oil pressure, high / low coolent temperature, battery high / low / weak volts, fail to crank / start sensor failure, cranking lockout, low fuel level. | 2 | ALTERNATOR:- Self exciting, self regulating brush less alternator conforming to IS/ IEC 60034-1 rated for 500 KVA continuous at the speed of 1500 RPM at 415 volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system with advance electric voltage regulator to ensure high voltage accuracy within +1 % with class \"H\" insulation and coupled with engine though flexible coupling and comforming to IS : 4722. AMF PanelSupply installation, commissioning & testing for AMF control panel, with 12 volts DC system suitable for 500 KVA DG set, with and including internal wiring , floor mounted type, totally enclosed made out of MS CRCA sheet, 2 mm thick andapplying two coat of synthetic enameled paint of approved colour over a of coat red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. The panel shall be of suitable shape / size & design as approved by Engr- in charge. Note:- (i) DG Set as mentioned in item Ser No01 along with Alternator, Control & Meeting Circuit and AMF Panel with detailed technical specification, wiring, circuit diagram duly indicating various spares (makes/capacity) along with bill of materials shall be got approved from the Accepting officer before placing order to the firm. |
| 5 | M&L, forEarthing complete with Galvinised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanisedstrip 32 x 6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts made out of copper earth plate all as shown on Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note 1: The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick RCC cover slab reinforced with 6 Nos of 8mm dia TMT bars both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe light grade 40mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub-heading earthing, specified on SSR Part-II. |
