| 1 | Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of transformer of capacity 315 KVA step down outdoor type copper wounded 11/0.433 KV (at no load) AC 3 phase 50HZ on secondary side double wound oil immersed naturally all air cooled (ONAN COOLED) with external cooling tubes /radiator ,delta connected as on primary and star connected with natural brought on secondary) side and having tapping at (±)7.5 @ 2.5% each steps to be changed by hand operated OFF LOAD tap changing gear .The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree centigrade in oil and 50 degree centigrade in HV/ LV winding when measured by the resistance method after continuous full load run in ambient temperature the transformer shall confirming to IS 1180 Part-I: confirming to as perlatest amendment,EEL-Level III as latest IS norms(Total losses @ 50% load -890W, total losses @ 100% load -2440 watt) and comprising of following accessories complete all as specified and as directed:-(a) HV side Cable box with 03 Nos porcelains HV bushingcomplete with bushing rods and nuts washers and cable glands suitable for reception of out 3 core 95 Sqmm cable 3 runs, HT Cable 11000 Volts grade XLPE insulated heavy duty including gland complete.(b) 01 No cable end box on LV secondary side consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing (One No Neutral and Three No for phase connected bushing) with bushing rods and nuts washers and cable glands suitable for reception of out 3.5 core 240 Sqmm cable 2 runs, LT 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated heavy duty including gland joint complete.(c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge.(d) Dehydrating breather with first filling of dehydrating agent.(e) Explosive vent. (f) Thermometer pocket including temperature gauge.(g) Two earthing terminals on tank body to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm GI strips.(h) One No thermometer dial type vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with maximum temperature indicator and re-setting device to maximum temperature including needle of temperature gauge: Max reading painted terminal.(j) Oil level gauge. (k) Oil drain filter valve. (l) Oil filling hole on top cover with plug. (m) Air release valve/plug. (n) 4 Nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (o) First fill of transformer oil conforming to relevant IS and tested upto 60 KV dielectric strength. (p)Two No lifting hook at side of transformer. (q) 1Nos Breather duly filled with silicajel crystals capacity 1000g. (r) Rating plate with terminal plate. (s) 04 Nos Cast Iron Wheels. Note : (i) The erection, installation of transformer shall be done under the supervision of JE/ Egr-In-Charge & OEM Test certificate ,purchase vr of itemshall be submitted by contractor .(ii) Pre-commisioning test of Transformer will be carried out by the rep of AO, required T&P necessary arrangements for testing to be provided by the contractor and cost of the samedeemed to be included in the quoted rate. |
| 2 | Note : (i) Providing platform for transformer of size 3.0x3.0x1.5m high from GL including excavation in trenches not less than 0.6 mtr, PCC 1:5:10 type E2 for foundation, brick work in cm 1:6, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in copping, plaster 10mm thick in cm 1:6 om brick /complete surface PCC 1:4:8 type B1 sub base 75mm thick, as in flour PCC 1:2:4 type B1 100mm thick floor using extra cement returning filling and removal on surplus soil, including 2 Nos ISMB 100mm channel painting with 2 coat aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and 3 coats of white washing on cement work for fixing transformer including ramp of suitable size mounting of transformer complete all as specified and as directed.(ii) Cost of platform of transformer deemed to be included in the quotated rates. |
| 3 | Supply install testing and commissioning ofof outdoor type , 03 way RMU (Ring Main Unit) 11 KV, 630 Amps, 21kA-3 Sec, IP 54 SF6 insulated, One side Extensible,consisting of one Nos (01) motoraised Load break switch (Incomer) and two Nos (02) motorised vacuum circuit breaker (Outgoing) & Metering Panel Bus PT and Aux. transformerwith Top LV, self power inbuilt powerpack, configuration ( CVV+M), inside robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite non Magnetic Grade) tank having min thickness 2.5 +/- 0.5mm with IP 67 degree of protection and enhanced BIL of 75 kVp internally to manager voltage surges and Air Insulated Metering Module of Class-0.5. RMU should be provided with internal busbars, as well as earthing busbars of electrolytic grade copper, padlock provisions & complete with all accessories. The complete RMU must be type tested for Internal arc21 KA for 1 sec with AFLR Classification for Gas tank & Cable Chamber as per IEC 62271-200. HT RMU shall preferably have on-site-repairability features such as site replaceable bushing/ coupling/ mechanism and gas refilling to have very less downtime in the event of bushing breakage and restoration can be done at site immediately without sending the RMU to OEM Works, the Vaccum Interrupter must RMU manufacturer\"s own make. The earthing busbar shall be provided inside each cable compartment for solid earthing of cable shields. The outer hinged main door should cover entire front of switchgear including cable doors for providing fail-safe protection complete all as specified and as directed.
