| 1 | Repair, maint and making the continuity of cooling effect of Split AC / Window AC / cassette AC / Tower AC complete by replacement of defective parts such as PCB, compressor, condenser, capacitor, fan blade, fan motor, Refrigerant topping up, water leakage, leak test, blower motor, blower us, cleaning of indoor and outdoor unit, electric wiring, control wiring, inverter PCB, thermostate, no supply and other similar AC spare parts etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :- (i) Any accessories found unserviceable that shall be replaced under respective items of this Sch.(ii) Contractor has to provide sufficient manpower minimum 02 AC Technician and 02 helper alongwith necessary tools for repair of AC daily including sunday / holidays for resolving timely complaints and rates shall be included in the quoted rates.(ii)The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts except compressors during repair work shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing charges for new items are deemed to be included under quoted rate of this item. (iii)Necessary transportation arrangement for attending day to day AC complaint and taking down unserviceable ACs from user site to workshop & civil area included in the quoted rates.(iv)Recovery of Rs 500 per day will be recovered for non attending of complaint within 24 hours daily till its serviceability except leak test, compressor replacement, condenser replacement, indoor unit replacement, inverter PCB, shifting of ACs |
