Controctor shall insert in row (Quoted Rate in Figures) here-in- below their rate percentage by opting Less or Excess option for below or above the rates contained in MES SSR-2020 (Part-II) Rates. If net Schedule rates are offered \"AT PAR\" with MES Schedule, \"0\" (Zero) should be inserted in percentage box. The Less/Excess percentage inserted by the contractor here-in-below shall be deemed firm irrespective of calculations/amount genrated elsewhere in thisBOQ template. The contractor shall be allowed to insert the percentage only upto two decimal places.Note : (i) Irrespective of amount generated in BOQ template, the net contract sum shall be as shown in Appendix \"A\" to Notice of e-tender as mentioned in tender documents as uploaded in pdf format.
