Mobilization of rig machine and transpotation of all other machinery, equipment and accessories to the site including cost of fuel, lubricants,loading and unloading of materials as per direction of EIC.

Site Preparation,TemporaryLatrine,Placement & levellin go Rig Machine,Masthoistingand Casing drilling (Up to 6 mtr.) Placement of Casing with all allied works necessary to commence drilling works and wind up of all machineries after completion of Drilling.

Drilling by Direct Rotary method of drilling using 7” dia.bit for pilot bore follwed by sub sequently reaming using 5”dia. Rock Roller Bits/ Drag Bit sinconsolidated, semi consolidated and soft formation up to required depth including casing boring and casing lowe ring as required including cost of fuels and lubricants etc. as required for drilling(A) For depth upto 120 metre for 150 X 100 mm dia tube well

Supply and delivery at site of uPVC pipes (CD) confirming to IS 12818:2010 ASTM D-1785( Schedule-80) each pipe having 3 meters long , one end threaded and other end socketed ( excluding the length of male threaded portion) (CIPET certificates) against pipes are to be submitted before delivery of materials) as per following Specification :-

Supply and delivery at site of uPVC deep well screen (RDS) pipes with ribs at site conforming to IS 12818:2010 (CIPET certified)

Supply and fittings of bottom plug,reducer,top cap,clamp guide,nipples, others important items as perdirection of EIC.

A. Packing the annular space between the outside of the tube well pipes and stainers and the bore with following materials approved by the EIC including cost of all materials labour ,carriage etc. all complete as per direction of EIC

(i)pea size washer gravel of approved quality having size from 1.80 mm to 4.74 mm conforming to IS: 4097: 1967 or the size

(ii) Do.... sand filling

B. Supply and delivery of bentonite powder confirming to IS 6186:1986

Washing and development of tube well with air compressor pump and engine for 8 hours continuous pumping per day with necessary arrangement for testing yield in GPH with \"V\" notch including hire and labour for tools and plants and scaffolding as required complete in all respect.
