Erection of 6m Pole structures at all levels including all the operations below: Cleaning the RCC including removal of water proofing / flooring if any. Drilling the concrete up to a depth of 100 mm for fixing 8 no of 12mm dia. Cleaning of drilled holes to remove all dirts and to be filled with HIT-RE 500 V4 injection mortar for rebar. Providing & fixing 8 nos of 12mm dia TMT main bars 65cm length & 4nos of 8mm dia lateral ties. Providing cement concrete (Mix 1:1.5:3) pedestal of size 60x60x60cm to main pole and pedestal of size 30x30x15cm for side supports as directed by the Engineer in charge. The rate includes all operations mentioned above i.e hoisting, erection, lifting materials, centering, scaffolding, safety measures and disposal of rubbish as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Making and supplying of 6m poles with MS structural steel work in tubes, angles, rods & plates including cutting, welding to the required shapes, galvanizing and transporting to site as per the approved drawing.

Transportation ofGI pole pipes and asscessories including required bolts and nuts etc. from GSM stores atPerambur, Chennai to Metro station sites in Chennai including loading, unloading, lifting to terrace and stacking at site etc complete.
