All the T&P and equipments to be provided by the contractor at his own cost and the rates shall be deemed to be included all expenses on this account.(iii)Vehicle, ladder,tools and plant as required at site for repair work shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost and arrangement.(v) The timing of shifts will be 0900 to 1700 Hrs and reliever shall be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate (vii) The contractor\"s representative will report to Engineer-in-Charge / JE EM I/C Ext Electric Supply daily in forenoon and afternoon to collect routine/urgent works related to Ext Electric Supply till completion of the contract. The work shall be attended by the contractor immediately.(viii) The complaint shall be rectified within 24 Hrs or otherwise a panalty of Rs 500/- per complaint per day shall be imposed to the contractor for delayed period.(x) The contractor shall provide all the safety equipments to his workers at his own cost and all safety measures shall be adhered to strictly. The department shall not be held responsible for any lapse / mishappening due to lack of safety measures. |
