Erection ofPoles structures to have 9.0 m height at terracelevel by carrying out the followingoperations: A) Chipping outconcrete from RCCroof top surfaceto requiredsection and at required intervalsto expose reinforcement bars. B) Providing and fixingMS base plate of size 300mm x300mm x12mm with 12mm Fasteners (4nos) usingHILTI HIT RE-500adhesiveanchoring systemfor rebar &anchor fastening in concrete includingspot welding with 100 mm dia GI pipewith base plate and jointing / connecting with 10mm thickflangesof 80mm dia and 65 mm diapipe respectively to make 9 metre pole structure. C) Drilling4 No ofholesforinserting 12mm diareinforcementby drilling machine up to a depth of 100 mm on thebeam or on the slab surface. Cleaning of bore holesto remove all dirts, wastes etc to receive anchoring . Bore holes to be filled with HILTI HIT RE-500 Adhesive Anchoring system for rebar and anchor fastening in concrete. D) Providing & fixing in the bore hole12mm dia4 nos TMT bars. E) Providing & fixing steel reinforcementstirrups -of 8 mm dia4 set for pedestal.F) Providing pedestal of size 60x50x75cm and form workof requiredsize, Reinforcement, concreting with CC 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 Coarse sand : 3 Graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and finishing goodall complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. G) Fastening arrangementaccessories such as gusset plate provision for connecting bracings and for ladderby necessary bolts and nut arrangements and also by welding at required places.H)The rate includes all operations mentioned abovethat is welding, fabrication, hoisting and erection, lifting materias up to G+3 level,safety measures. and disposal of rubbish to the municipal dump yard )as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including Galvanaising the sections after cutting andhoisting, fixing in position all complete.

Transportation ofGI pole pipes ( 9M-7 nos)and accessories including required bolts and nuts etc. from shop tosites (G+4)in Chennai including loading, unloading, lifting to terrace and stacking at site etc complete.

Painting with Luxol or Equivalent high gloss synthetic enamel paint in two or more coats on steel work of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade including a base coat with etch primer and over that Zinc chromate yellow Primer of approved quality etc complete.

Poles upto9 m height (1no) and its connected plates and bracings

Providing and fixing spike type lighting arrestor made of 16mm dia copper solid rod of 600mm long with necessary fixtures at the top of tower.The spike shall be insulated by Teflon material and connected with proper plugging arrangement as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing LED aviation obstruction lamp of Saraj, Binoy, aviades, Litten or equivalent with Light DependentResistant sensor (day and night authomatic timer) with necessary MCB switches, armoured cables(2x1.5 mm square copper cables), clamps etc,complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
