| 1 | Servicing of Fan Coil Units (1 to 2 tons) after dismantling from the room and dismantling of entire FCU (Filter section, blower section and coil section). The coil shall be cleaned/ serviced with water jet pressure including cleaning of fins, cooling coils, replacing damaged mounting bush, nuts, and bolts of motor, electric connection of thermostat and re-fixing of fan coil unit at its original place with testing and commissioning at site. |
| 2 | Replacing burnt/defective/noisy 1/10 or 1/12 HP motor of FCU after removing from installed FCU in the guest room with new rewinding motor i/c connection providing bush, nuts, bolts for motor etc. as required and commissioning of FCU at site. (New/rewind motor shall be supplied by the deptt.) |
| 3 | P/F of insulated double sand witched type tray made out of 22 SWG G.I. Sheets with 12 mm thick thermocole insulation in between double tray and one layer of hot bitumen inside and painted with synthetic enamel paint from outside the tray i/c providing suitable drain connection as required of following sizes including dismantling, removal & stacking of existing old damaged tray as reqd.51” x 24”x2” (approx) or45” x24” x 3” (approx) |
