| 1 | Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 60W single arm street lighting system withangular bracket mounted at 30°, installed on a 3 to 4 meter high mild steel pole of 100mm x 100mm square section, designed as per structural requirements considering bracket type and loading factors. The pole shall have all sections welded using special V-groove technique by certified welders employing high-end MIG welding process, and shall be provided with a built-in control box having a service door fitted with vandal-resistant, loss-proof screws. The control gear tray shall be prewired with MCB and terminal connectors for loop-in/loop-out arrangement. The base plate shall be fabricated from steel grade E250 with elongated foundation bolt holes for fine alignment during installation,using foundation bolts of grade 4.6.The system shall include LM-79 and LM-80 certified LED luminaire with high-efficiency LED module(voltage/current 39V–62V, 1050mA), 3000K colour temperature, CRI ≥70, luminous flux not less than 7158 lumens, power consumption not exceeding 60W, luminous efficacy ≥120 lm/W, operating temperature range –40°C to +50°C, Type III optics, IP68 protection for LED module, IK09 impact resistance, polycarbonate optical cover, and CE certification, complete with all accessories, connections, and necessary arrangements for proper installation and operation as required(with 2 year complete warranty).(M.R.) |
