Taking down carefully point wiring of any type/size (Light, fan, socket ) complete including making good the disturb surface finishing of wall /floor etc,complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC FRLS insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor, stranded 1100 volt grade cable in & incl PVC casing caping of suitable size as per site reqmt, ISI markedwith all accessories such as tee, bend, joint cover etc round / square blocks at junctions etc all as per site requirements including stainless steel terminal boxesfor mounting of switches/ sockets/regulator etc and PVC FRLS insulated & unsheathed 1100 volt grade copper conductor, stranded 1.5 sqmm. cable as continuous earth lead connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and colour coding of cables such as Phase -Red, Neutral – Black, and Earth – Green. (a) For one light point/fan Point controlled by one way switch.

Supply and fixing switch piano flush type 5 Amp single pole, one wayall as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fixing in repair ceiling rose surface bakelite 65 x 50 mm three terminal complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply & fix ceilling fan complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 volt, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE 5 Star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Note : Old u/s existing Exhaust fan any size any make should be deposited in E/M store yard for BER disposal if available at site.

Supply & fixexhaust fan, steel body AC single phase 230 volt of size 300 mm sweep with blades and frame and louver complete including making hole if not available at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. (New Fan Provision as per Map Scale) Note : Old u/s existing Exhaust fan any size any make should be deposited in E/M store yard for BER disposal if available at site.
