| 7 | Disconnecting water and electric connection in existing position of geyser capacity 10/15/25/35/50 ltrs taking down geysers fixed to wall at any height, transporting to deposit in Maint store yard for inspection of Engr-in-charge to ascertain the serviceability/ unserviceability, and quatam of repairs involved including transportation of serviceable geyser capacity 25/50 ltr from workshop to building site as directed for fixing in existing position making water and electric connection and testing complete all as specified. |
| 8 | Repair to geyser capacity 10/15/25/35/50 ltrs involving the following opearations :-a) Dismantling (opeaning) of geyser complete in Maint yard/ workshop part of all the stationary parts, cleaning the covers and parts as applicable and display for inspection of Engr-in-charge to ascertain the serviceability/ unserviceability of geyser parts and Quantam of repairs involved.b) Servicing, cleaning of geyser accessories and parts as aplicable such as inner tank body, water inlet/outlet assembly, heating element etc., descaling with acid wash all as specified.c) Assembling of geyser complete with old serviceable parts, replacement of unserviceable parts by new as ordered, renewal of nuts bolts and washers, rubber gasket complete as specified as directed by Engr-in-charge.Note: i) Spare parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid seperately. |
