Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level:(1) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. a) Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :(1) Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Cleaning of underground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank (independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations: - (i)Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits.(ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water.(iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine.(iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface.(v) Finally, the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
