| 9 | M&L preparation of new surfaces plastered and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | M&L complete removal of existing treatment including washing, rubbing down and stopping of white wash/colour wash/cement base paint/synthetic enamel paint etc and preparation of surfaces of the same walls and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & gungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litres/10sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed. |
