Supply Installation testing and commissioning of retrofit emission control device for 63 kVA diesel generator of any make/vintage Category Application :- Reduce particulate matter (PM 2.5), Carbon Monoxide and Hydrocarbons emitted from Diesel Engine Technology/Type :- ESP (Electrostatic Precipitator), Wet Scrubbing, Diesel Oxides Catalyst Guaranteed specified Particulate matter (PM 2.5) Carbon Monoxide, Hydrocarbon reduction efficiency (Min) Guaranteed specified Particulate matter (PM 2.5) Carbon Monoxide, Hydrocarbon reduction efficiency (Min) 85% for all DG sets TEST REPORTS Certification and installation shall be done through OEM. The tenderer has to submit a MOU from Automoto Genset Solution LLP/Chakr Innovation Pvt Ltd /Inventive Gas Equipment/ Platino Automative Pvt Ltd.Device should be ‘Type Approved’ as per the System and Procedure of Central Pollution Control Board for Emission Compliance Testing of Retro-fit Emission Control Devices (RECD) For Diesel Power Generating Set Engines, Dated 01/02/2022, wide Pollution Control Series PCLS/12/2021-22 Adhering to this, RECD to be ‘Type Tested’ for an equivalent kVA family as per the System and Procedure from any one of the four Central Pollution Control Board, Govt, of India, recognized/approved test agencies/laboratories as given below: (a)Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI, Pune)(b)International Centre for Automotive Testing (ICAT, Manesar)(c)Indian Institute of Petroleum (IIP, Dehradun)(d) Vehicle Research Development Establishment (VRDE, Ahmednagar):Back Pressure due to the Emission Control retrofit device :- Maximum back pressure exerted by the Emission Control retrofit device at max prescribed load by DG OEM(as per the capacity of the DG set)

General Technical Requirements (GTR) / Commissioning :- a) Emission Control retrofit device shall be complete with safety precautions to ensure no damage should be done to the DG set operations under any circumstances. The Emission Control retrofit device should be closely coupled with the DG exhaust to ensure 100% of the exhaust passes through the Emission Control retrofit device.b) Anti-Vibration mountings shall be provided for complete Emission Control retrofit device in case of flexible coupling with the diesel generator exhaust.c )Emission Control retrofit device should have protection against under voltage, over voltage, under frequency, over frequency, low battery voltage, over current, earth-fault, short circuit, phase sequence change etc.d) The Emission Control retrofit device shall be with corrosion resistive and HR paint.e) Unloading and placement of the Emission Control retrofit device at the time of delivery is in the scope of buyer. The consignee shall ensure that the site is located along a motorable way.f) The seller shall provide the trial run (Testing) of Emission Control retrofit device. The seller shall conduct trial run of the Emission Control retrofit device with the available electrical load at site. The trial run shall be for TWO hours. The electrical loading shall not be more than the rated capacity of the DG set.g) Exhaust piping, extra civil work, distribution board shall be provided by the seller(h) No bypass system should be available in RECD as per CPCB system & process

Scope of Installation :-(a)Installation of Retro-fit-emission control equipment when offered by the seller is inclusive in the scope of supply and shall be done by the seller. The installation work of Retro-fit-Emission controlequipment and its constituent parts shall be generally conforming to the extent possible , CPWD General Specification for Electrical Works, Part-VII-latest . Foundation for installation of Retro-fit-Emission control equipment if needed, shall be constructed by theseller. Foundation shall be of PCC type with the ratio of 4:2:1. The length and breadth of the foundation shall be 500mm more form the respective length and breadth of the Retro-fit-Emission control equipment. The height of the foundation shall be 200mm, i.e. 100mm below above the groundlevel. All the materials / labours required for foundation work shall be supplied by the seller. (b) Supply, laying and termination of interconnecting power and control cable between Retro-fit-Emission control equipment and the DG Set control panel shall be done by the seller. The cable supplied shall be ISI marked PVC insulated, armoued cable (FR Grade) with copper conductor having insulation of PVC compound , suitable of rated voltage upto and including 1100 volts. Total length of the cabling shall be within 30 meters . Seller shall provide complete contact details of service engineer to be contacted for free service during the warranty. (c)The Retro-fit-Emission control equipment to be closely coupled with the engine exhaustpasses through it. (d)Anti –Vibration mountings is provided for complete Retro-fit- Emission control equipment in case of flexible coupling with the diesel generator exhaust. (e)Retro-fit- Emission control equipment works whenever the DG-Set/Engine is running to reduce/ control particulate matter (PM 2.5) emission. (f) Storage Tank shall be complete with piping (between storage tank and the Retro-fit- Emission control equipment), valves,level indication and all standard accessories. If applicable. (g) Installation and commissioning and the trial run (Testing) Retro-fit- Emission control equipment is carried out by the seller. (h) Installation of Emission Control Retrofit Device when offered by the vendor is inclusive in the scope of supply and shall be done by the seller. The installation work of Emission Control Retrofit Device. (j) Construction of suitable earthing station (if applicable) and necessary connections shall be done by the seller.Warranty/Service ;- 12 months. Number of preventive maintenance visits offered in a year during warranty period :- 2 visits. DELIVERABLES, TIME SCHEDULE.Submission of approach of work / methodology, Drawings and the details of team as per the scope of work :- 30 days. Delivery of Device :- 60 days. Installation, Testing Commissioning at site of retrofit emission control device on existing DG sets :- 180 days (k) Traning & service, maintenance of RECD to staff
