M & L for preparingexisting black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-30 grade @ 5 kg per Ten Sqm onexisting block top surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for premix bituminious macadam with 4.0% paving binder content VG-30 Grade by weight of total mix laid/rolled to required gradient and camber to a uniform smooth surface with 8-10 tonne power roller(comnsolidated thikness 75 mm or less) complease all as specified and directed..NOTE: Premixing shall be done by using Hot Mix plant and laying shall be done by using mechanical paver. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads pavementsby applying thermoplastic paint conforming to IS 164-1981 (First rivision reaffirmed in 1986)(5 kg/Sqm) with glass beads potters (250 gms) 2mm to 2.5mmthick and 10 cm/15 cm wide strips on bituminous road surface and road marking (by hot mechanical process with road marking machine) including complete removal of dust particles by wire brushes or sweeping with brooms complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.
