| 2 | Note : (i) Electrical connection from switchgear to bus bar shall be through copper strips of suitable size.(ii) The internal electrical connection for measuring instruments shall be through multi-stranded PVC insulated copper conductor cables of suitable size.(iii) The termination of incoming and outgoing cable into and from switchgear would be through properly crimped aluminumlugs of suitable rating incommensurate with that of switchgear.(iv)Cable glands would be provided for incoming & out going cables in panels.(v)The cost of fixing of the panel on suitable PCC (1:3:6) type C-1(using 20 mm graded black trap/basalt/granite stone aggregates) foundation as directed by Engineer-in-Charge is deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the contractor for the above item.(vi)The panel is to be fixed with Angle Iron Frame of size 65mm x 65mm x 6mm with bottam of panel having minimum 60cm height from existing ground/floor level.(vii) The operation of all MCCBs should be of Rotary handle type, the cost of rotory handles is deemed to be included in the quoted cost. |
