| 2 | Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60(Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and nontoxic additives(maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with mitre joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N(Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and as directed. (M.S. hold fast/ lugsor SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). →Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made. |

| 6 | Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store andrubbish off the premises etc. all as specified and as directed. |
| 7 | Material and labour for 15 mm thick screed bedding layers in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes tiles etc. complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 8 | Material and labour for non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as in floors, and shall be jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in paste pigmented to tile shade etc. complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 9 | Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces, as in backing coat for receiving wall tiles etc. complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 12 | Material and labour for preparation of newplastered surface of wall and applying two coats acrylic emulsion distemper over a coat ofprimer over two layers of wall care putty etc. complete all as specified and as directed. |
