Contractor has to arrange all the conveyance and misc items by his own cost.(iv) Contractor has to maintain the complaint register neatly and will submit once in a week for the perusal of Engineer-in-Charge.(v) Contractor has to apply for gate pass to the AC mechanic and will be fully responsible for entry and exit at the DGQA premises.(vi) Attending complaints is purely different schedule from the regular servicing of all kind of cooling appliances such as ACs, Water coolers, Deep freezers and Refrigerators. Hence, a separate attendance register will be maintained by site executive for recording day to day complaints for all kind of cooling appliances. |
