| 2 | Lawns shall be maintain by the service provider with natural green grass round the year by maintaining height of grass minimum 20mm but not more than 40mm. Lawn shall be clean by carrying out Forking the ground, cutting the grass, top dressing, flooding with water, weeding, light rolling, moving with lawn mowers, manuring with cow dung manure, compost, chemical fertilizer including renovating barren patches, applying anti-termite chemicals, insecticides, etc. all complete etc. to the entire satisfaction of engineer I/C. All chemicals, manures consumables for the work shall be arrange shall be arrange by the service provider at his cost. |
| 3 | The service provider shall ensure to maintain the existing indoor and outdoor potted plants of campus healthy and Clean. The service provider shall ensure the replacement of the dead or not properly growing potted plants due to any reasons in the campus of BHEL Noida with in the three days during the contract period with the same plants or available species (Size of plant may vary as per availability).The service provider has to maintain approx. 1100 plants in the pots available in the campus of BHEL Sadan Noida. At the end of the Contract, the service provider shall leave all the supplied plants etc. as and when in the campus in the good position.All consumables for the work shall be arrange by the service provider at his cost. List of indoor and outdoor plants to be supplied is listed in scope of work (Annexure-A) Qty. 400 Nos.(100 indoor & 300 outdoor) |
| 4 | The service provider shall supply the earthen pots and maintain the indoor and outdoor plants as and when required as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. List of indoor and outdoor plants to be supplied is listed in scope of work (Annexure-A).Qty. 700 Nos.(300 indoor & 400 outdoor) |
| 5 | Maintenance of vertical garden including watering in all the pots of plants by avoiding spilling of water on the surface or floor. plants not growing properly and dead plants will be replaced by the service provider within three days. All consumables for the work shall be arrange by the service provider at his cost. Area: - Reception area of BHEL Sadan. |
| 6 | Maintenance/upkeep of hanging Jute baskets with seasonal flowering plants in winters like petunia, Fuchsia, pansies, sweet alyssum, scaevola Amula (Blue wonder) etc. and during summers (from spring to fall) string of pearls, Calibrachoa, Burro’s tail, portulaca etc.in all the pots of plants by avoiding spilling of soil/water on the surface. Plants not growing properly and dead plants will be replaced by the service provider within three days. All consumables for the work shall be arrange by the service provider at his cost. Painting of hanging pole and structure to be done by service provider thrice in a year. (Color combination as directed by Engineer I/charge of BHEL) |
| 7 | Flower beds shall be maintained by the service provider properly by planting seasonal flowers. All bed should fill with blooming flowers according to flowering season. Organic manure will be used in all the beds of the campus. Proper decorative boundary will be maintained by the service provider. Flower bed shall be prepared by the service provider as & when required. Service provider shall be maintain & kept clean flower beds by carrying out activities like digging of flower beds, hoeing of flower beds, plantation of seedling etc. Flower beds will maintain by the bidder properly by planting seasonal flowers. At least three seasons will consider for the flowers. All the above activities are to be done to the entire satisfaction of engineer I/C. (All the Flower plants, seeds, & manure etc. will be provided by the service provider, free of cost). Service provider will ensure timely watering etc. and watch and ward for the under mentioned areas between evening to morning as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of engineer I/C. All consumables & tools for the work shall be arrange by the service provider at his cost. (Width of flower bed to vary between 25 cm to 40 cm). |
