M&L for Cutting holes in brickwalls built in cement mortar for inserting Depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall depth exc 5cm but n.exc 10 cm, superficial area n.exc 150 Sqcm and making good dismantled portion incement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-0 as required complete all as specified and directed.(Note:- Cutting hole will be done mechanically drilling machine without damage existing Structure.)

M&L for Cutting holes into or through cement concrete slabs, chajjas, etc. reinforced or otherwise depth exc 5cm but n.exc 10cm superficial area not exceeding 100 sqcm and making good dismantled portion in cement concrete 1:2:4 type BO as required, complete all as specified and directed.(Note:- cutting hole will be done mechanically drilling machine without damage existing RCC Structure.)

S&F stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates,solid baretc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, in the balconiesof the multi-storeyed building complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plastering on brick or concrete surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key on scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of brick wall or concrete surfaceand applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick Work including finished even and smoothwithout using extra cement complete all as specified and directed
