Repair/maintenance of boundary walls for COB Dhansiri of 15 Assm Rifles=2 Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanically means including stacking of serviceable material ands disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer – in – charge. In cement mortar 3 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5m , including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead OF 50 m. All kinds of soil. 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete cast in situ 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand(zone –III)derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – All work up to plinth level 5 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone – III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources), excluding the cost of centering, shuttering. Thermo – Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 12 Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm 13 Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in :6.12.2 cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 14 Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal wires, of barbered wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I staples, turn buckles etc. complete (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per meter cost of total length of barbed wire used. With G.I. barbed wire 15 Supplying at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia.
