| 1 | Taking down carefully of transformer capacity 50 KVA to 100 KVA from four pole and two pole structure, platform by disconnecting all the electrical connection and transporting the same to authorised workshop including draining out of the transformer oil in clean barrels, opening the top cover, taking out of the defective/burnt out HT/LT coils out of the tank for repair, insulation testing of the transformer winding ,refilling the transformer oil after checking proper dielectric strength, refitting the top cover andother accessories including painting of the transformer with approved colour with synthetic enamel paint, all as specified and directed and transporting the transformer back on original place for installation and securing properly on four/two pole/platform and making all HT/LT connection to the complete satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. |
| 2 | Ditto all as per Srl item No 01 here-in-above but exceeding transformer capacity 150 KVA and upto 200 KVA Note for Srl Item No 1 and 2 :-(a) The rates are inclusive of transportation of transformer from site of installation to authorised workshop and back including T&P required for loading/ unloading and all the HT/LT winding shall be measured and paid separetly. (b) Standby transformer shallbe arranged by contractor at their own cost to avoid failure of supply on siteand the capacity of transformer should bematchedwith repaired transformer.Penalty charges @1000/day shall be deducted on failure of arrangement of standby transformer. (c) Contractor has to submit the list of authorized workshops for full satisfaction of Engr-in charge and final binding shall remain with the Engr -in-charge. |
| 3 | Replacement of burnt defective LT copper coil of transformer capacity 50 KVA to 100 KVA with new one made out of suitable size/guage of copper super enameled wire of high quality matching with the existing impedence and insulation all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge |
| 4 | Ditto all as per Srl item No 3 above but of transformer capacity exceeding 150 KVA and upto 200 KVA.Note for srl item No 3 & 4 :-The cost of coil shall be inclusive of cost of varnish insulatingpaper and other insulating materials and no extra payment will be made for the same. |
