| 4 | (xviii) Deliveriables:- confirms the norms established by CPCB. Note: Making of plinth as suitable for fixing of DG Set.NOTE:- The following items are deemed to be include in the rate quoted for DG set (i) The capacity of generator set shall be net after all due derating factors as per relevant ISI standard. (ii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to br inclusive of first fill of lubricant oil and final successful acceptance test.(iii) The qouted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at site including of one hour on 10% overload in presence of representative detailed by accepting officer, all arrangements are to be made by the contractor for tests. (iv) DHPP for testing purpose shall be supplied by the contractor without any extra cost to govt. (v) The contractor shall arrange for artificial load for testing for final testing of DG set at site and the cost is deemed to be including in above offer.(vi) Sound Proofing System: The sound proofing system shall be designed to achieve noise reduction as per relevant norms. (vii) Standard documents as per manufacturer specification such as maintenance & operation manual, parts calalogue, display charts such as maintanance and oil change chart/board (for generator and diesel engine ) and log book as directed by Engineer-In-charge.Note:(a) Testing and commissioning of DG shall be carried out by SEI/EI (as decided by HQ CE (AF) SZ) from HQ CE (AF) SZ before issue of completion (as applicable)(b) Factory test before delivery of DG from the Manufacturer Unit must be needed and necessary test certificates shall be produced after satisfying visit.
